Two Houses - New Forest:
These two houses have been designed to be in keeping with the local conservation area and using materials recognised within the New Forest National Park. Despite these constraints, each house is equipped with PV solar panels, air sourced heat pumps running underfloor heating, Durisol energy efficient composite building blocks, a rain water harvesting system and Nu-Lok; a unique and quick to install roofing system with integral PV solar panels.
Granary - pod installation:
The Granary is a Grade 2 listed building with a significant oak frame structure. We have designed a living pod that will site internally and completely independent of the existing building. List building consent was obtain last year for this development and was secured on the basis of using contemporary materials that would contrast with the existing barn.
Terrace Town Houses:
Designed for a small brown field site in Southampton, these 3 bed town houses are compact and contemporary. Providing off road parking and storage space for cycles and wheely bins integrally they are an ideal solution to many planning policy problems.
Chapel to Children’s Day Nursery:
An 19th Century Methodist church was purchased and its existing planning use class exploited to allow a children’s day nursery to operate. Our concept was to insert a series of ‘boxes’ that would form and shape spaces within the shell of the church. This design allowed the form and appearance of the church to remain intact and fully restored whilst creating fun and dynamic spaces for the children to play and learn.
Pink Flowers - installation:
A little bit of fun in the garden; a line of small pink roses laid on spring grass in a straight line.

Contemporary Garden Extension:
Within a small cottage garden we have designed a contemporary extension with folding sliding doors and cedar cladding. Working in conjunction with Dragonfly Garden’s Ltd, the extension has been integrated into the small garden to create a tranquil haven for the client.

Test House, Southampton:
Designed for a national building contractor and built by the same company, this modest office block is intended to showcase the occupiers abilities.

Garden Room, South Wonston:
This garden room project was completed in collaboration with Martin Andrews Architects. Fully glazed on two sides, it enjoys the large garden sun or snow.
Bracken Road:
Part of our Design Session service, these sketches show the before and after space planning and home improvement. By converting the integral garage into a kitchen, the remaining space was opened to form a large, flexible space with fully opening glazed doors to the rear garden.

Fern Cube, New Forest:
Another Bizzy Blue Installation. This project was to build a cube shaped fern bush. It lasted a little over a week before the leaves had dried out.
Holydene:
A loft conversion near Southampton. It was important to get light into the building and this line of dormers met the brief. One dormer alone provides ample light into the stairwell.
